The tabs of a project organize the whole trip.

Stages

Import from the stage planner brings the stages of the stages tool with their km, elevation and moving time. For each stage you can set the day, the departure time, the stops (visit, meal, break, overnight) with their duration, and notes. GPXTools computes the total of the day and the arrival time. Overnight stops are not added to the time.

Plan B

In General, each route can be marked as Plan B of another one, with the reason (bad weather, tiredness, incidents…). The list shows the difference in km and elevation compared with the main route.

Budget

Add items by category (accommodation, food, fuel, tolls…) with the planned amount, and later the actual amount and who paid. At the top you see the totals and the difference, which only compares the items that already have an actual amount.

Checklists

Gear, luggage, documentation, bookings and tasks, plus any list you create. Each item has a checkbox and a person responsible.

Documents

Attach tickets, confirmations, insurance or maps to the whole trip or to a stage. Only project members can open them.

Journal

Write how each day went, add photos and, if you like, the track you really did: it is shown next to what you had planned for that stage.
