Sharing

The General tab of a project lists its members. Each member has a role:

Inviting

The owner types the person’s email, picks the role and presses Invite. When that person signs in with that email, the project appears automatically. Until then, the invitation is listed under Pending invitations.

Project routes

• Save selected routes here uploads the files selected in the editor.
• The map icon opens a route in the editor. If you change it, the save icon uploads the changes.

Duplicating and templates

Duplicate creates a copy of the project with its routes, stages, checklists (unchecked) and planned budget. If the owner turns on Share as a template, anyone with an account can see and duplicate it as a starting point.
